| Description | Gadzooks! It's me! Looks like the set of an old Star Trek episode. That is the cellulose fiber insulation on the wall. It's mixed with some damp chemical so it sticks nicely. Then they blow it, then scrape the excess off. Very efficient stuff, both in soundproofing and weather proofing. |
