| Description | Heres the back of the lot, looking out to the greenway. It'll be nice not having a neighbor directly behind us. The greenway also serves as a flood channel in case of really heavy rain. Apparently, this area didn't have any problems in the flood of 1998. The lot is towards the top of a hill, too, so it shouldn't be a problem. |
